Z02 - Quantitative Proteomics


The quantitative proteome analysis is a key technology for most of the projects within the CRC 1218. The aim of the Z02 project is to support the projects with mass spectrometric expertise. Besides the assessment of global protein expression profiles, the major focus of the facility is the identification of protein-protein interaction in order to decipher molecular networks within mitochondria. In addition, we will investigate activated signalling pathways by the enrichment of post translational modifications, including phosphorylated and ubiquitinated peptides. Moreover, the Z02 project will also support the CRC with statistical and bioinformatics data analysis.
